Wee Vikes Now Accepting Late Football Registrations
Official 2009 Wee Vikes Registrations have ended. If you would like to register your child to participate in the Wee Vikes for the 2009 season please complete the 2009 Registration Form and mail it with a check for your fees and late payment, made payable to the "Miamisburg Wee Vikes." Registration fees for 1 child = $125, 2 children = $225, and 3 children = $300. Please also add a $25 late fee (per child) to your payment. The Wee Vikes mailing address is: Miamisburg Wee Vikes, P.O. Box 347, Miamisburg, OH, 45342.

The deadline for football late registrations are Mon. July 27 (first day of practice)

Informational Packets
If you would like an additional copy of the informational packet given to you when you registered your child, please click one of the links here. The cheer packet includes important Cheerleading dates and a Cheer Camp Registration form. The Football packet includes important Football player dates, an equipment checklist, a Speed & Agility Camp Registration form, Miamisburg Vikings High School Football Camp Registration form and the UD Football Camp form (which was not included in the packet during registration.) Please note that the 3-part WOJFC Physical Forms MUST be used for all Football Player Physicals.

For Cheerleader Physicals, it's OK to turn in a copy of the form your physician used fo the physical. In no case can a football player or a cheerleader participate in practice without a completed physical form. Please turn your completed physical forms (and birth certificate if you are a NEW participant and didn't submit a copy at registration) at either the upcoming Parent's Meeting (June 8th) or at Uniform Fittings (June 3rd for Cheer and June 23rd to 26th for football) or at football equipment fittings (July 20th through 23rd.)
